Terms of Service.

By requesting a capability review or engaging Ironfuse Welding Co. (“we”, “us”) for welding services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes and scheduling

Every job begins with a written quote describing scope, procedures, certifications, timeline, and price. Work is scheduled only after you approve the quote in writing. Turnaround estimates assume site access and materials as agreed; delays outside our control extend the schedule accordingly.

Certifications and inspection

Structural work is performed to AWS D1.1 and pressure work to ASME Section IX by qualified welders. Inspection records, weld maps, and hydro-test documentation are provided as stated in your quote.

Payment

Emergency field repairs are billed at the agreed day rate plus consumables. Fabrication projects require a deposit as stated on the quote, with the balance due on delivery and dimensional sign-off.

Liability

Our liability for any job is limited to the contract value of that job. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage; certificates are available on request during vendor qualification.
