Mounting plates, pivot brackets, and gear legs repaired or replaced without pulling the trailer.
Outriggers & Pads
Crusher and crane outrigger boxes, pads, and pins restored to rated capacity.
Gouging & Cutting
Carbon-arc excavation and oxy-fuel cutting to chase cracks to sound metal before repair.

How fast can a rig reach our site?
Emergency mobilization averages 4 hours inside our service area. Contracted fleets get priority dispatch around the clock.
What equipment do the trucks carry?
Engine-driven MIG/stick welders, oxy-fuel and carbon-arc gouging, induction preheat, grinders, mag drills, and a full consumable crib — including low-hydrogen electrodes kept in rod ovens.
Can you weld AR plate and high-strength steels?
Yes. Buckets, blades, and booms in AR400/500 and T-1 are routine work, with the correct filler, preheat, and interpass control for each grade.
Do you offer fleet service contracts?
