MIG · TIG · STICK — AWS D1.1 / ASME Section IX Certified
Steel
Meets
Fire.
Code-certified welding for structural steel, process pipe, and heavy fleet. When a crack shuts your site down on a Thursday, our crews have you back in service before the weekend.
Before — Corroded & Fractured After — Welded & Certified “Cracked Monday. Certified by Thursday. Zero re-inspection failures.”
Structural
Steel
Passed inspection, first time, Monday morning.
General contractors don’t get second chances on structural connections. We weld wide-flange beams, HSS members, and bolted-plate retrofits to AWS D1.1 prequalified procedures — full-penetration groove welds, fit-up verified, every root pass inspected and mapped before your inspector ever walks the deck.
A regional distribution center called us with eleven dock-door frames drifting out of plumb on a Friday. We mobilized that night, surveyed every column base, cut out the failed anchors, reset and re-welded all eleven frames, and had torque records on the engineer’s desk by Sunday evening. Monday’s audit passed without a single comment.
Project: 11-frame dock retrofit, logistics hub — 60 hours start to sign-off.

Pipe &
Pressure
ASME Section IX. Every joint, every time.
Process piping and pressure vessels demand qualified welders, qualified procedures, and paperwork that survives an ASME audit. Our pipe welders carry current Section IX qualifications on carbon steel, stainless, and chrome-moly. Roots go in by TIG for full fusion — fill and cap by MIG or stick to suit the position and the access.
A food-grade plant failed hydro on a 4-inch utility loop at 900 PSI — a pinhole at a hanger weld that had wept for months. We isolated the leg, cut out the bad spool, fit a new section root-to-cap, and had the loop back through hydro within 30 hours. Zero leaks. Production never missed a shift.
Project: Emergency 4" utility loop repair, food plant — hydro passed in 30 hours.

Mobile
Field
Welding
Your yard. Your timeline. Our equipment.
Fleet managers with cracked chassis can’t afford to haul dead equipment across town. We come to you — fully rigged with engine-driven welders, preheat capability, and every consumable on board. Our field units repair frame rails, cross-members, fifth-wheel plates, outrigger pads, and boom sections on cranes, excavators, and articulated haulers.
A quarry running double shifts found a cracked 100-ton haul-truck frame rail at Friday changeover — $28,000 a day to park it. We had a field unit on-site within 4 hours, preheated the joint to procedure, laid a full-penetration repair with backing, and had the truck back in rotation by Saturday noon. One day of downtime instead of five.
Project: 100-ton haul truck frame rail repair, quarry — back in rotation Saturday noon.

Custom
Fabrication
From print to finished steel.
Plant maintenance supervisors need custom brackets, guards, platforms, and structural repairs that don’t exist in any catalog. We build from engineer-stamped drawings or your hand sketches — cutting, fitting, and welding custom assemblies in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. Tolerances held to ±1/16” on critical dimensions, with dimensional sign-off before delivery.
A packaging plant needed 22 conveyor equipment support frames fabricated and installed in a 4-day scheduled shutdown window. We pre-fabricated all 22 frames in our shop the week prior, delivered them staged and marked, and set every one inside the shutdown window — with time to spare for final walkdown.
Project: 22 equipment support frames, packaging plant — delivered and installed in 4-day shutdown.
