Plant maintenance supervisors need custom brackets, guards, platforms, and structural repairs that don’t exist in any catalog. We build from engineer-stamped drawings or your hand sketches — cutting, fitting, and welding custom assemblies in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Tolerances hold to ±1/16” on critical dimensions, and every fabrication gets dimensional sign-off before it leaves the shop. For shutdown work, we pre-fabricate, stage, and mark every piece — so installation is bolt-up, not build-up.

Can you build from a sketch or just formal drawings?
Both. Engineer-stamped drawings are ideal for structural work, but most brackets, guards, and supports start as a hand sketch or a site measurement — we turn it into a dimensioned shop drawing for your approval first.
What tolerances do you hold?
±1/16” on critical dimensions as standard, tighter on machined interfaces. Every job ships with a dimensional report.
Do you install, or shop-build only?
Both. Shutdown packages include staged delivery and installation inside your outage window, coordinated with your maintenance lead.
Which materials and finishes?
Carbon steel, 304/316 stainless, and aluminum — finished as-welded, ground smooth, primed, or prepped for galvanizing to your spec.
